did some checking and no adapter needed if the nv4500 if it is the dodge 23 spine out and if it is the 29 spline out $200 for a new shaft for np231 to bolt up bolt patten the same just clocks it down slightly or dill and tap to keep it the same a little lower wont hirt my drive shaft angles.
