Expenses - Swap Meet $122.49 and Legion Rental for Annual Banquet $200.00

Old Business

No outings since last meeting

Nov. 5 - Washita Farmington , MO. Tom E, Bill G., Al and Kat W. and Will W. went down for a day of wheeling.

New Business

2012 MIJC Events Schedule - Will be posted on-line this weekend. This is a tentative schedule. Please take a look and let us know if you have any suggests for additional trips.

January 14th, 2012 - Annual Banquet at the American Legion Hall in Pekin. Meat will be provided and everyone who will be attending is asked to bring a side dish. Everyone will recieve a a reservation in the mail with details.

Motion was made to spend $400.00 on door prizes. Passed

These people will be voted on at the next meeting.

Motion was made to provide lunch for the election meeting Dec. 3. Passed

Nov. 12th - Badlands Trip - Attica IN. There is a thread on the forum for those who are planning on going. Post up if you are planning on going also.

Next meeting Dec. 3th 12:00 Goodfellas with lunch provided.
