MIJC Meeting Minutes: January 23rd, 2016 at the American Legion in Pekin, Illinois

Treasurer's Report

Starting: $2,068.55

Ending: $882.42

Income – Annual dues and T-shirt / merchandise sales

Expenses – Ordering t-shirts and gift cards for Annual Dinner door prizes

New business

Thanks to Jan and Dan Brown for their time and efforts cooking the main dish for the Annual Dinner! And all of the food at the Dinner was excellent.

There was no video at the Annual Dinner this year due to a lack of sufficient pictures and video from 2015. Please be sure to take plenty of pictures and video in 2016 so we can have an Annual Video at next year’s Dinner. And when each of us have taken tons of pictures & video be sure to turn them in to be included in the video!

The 2015 Golden Shaft Award was presented to Jim Heidbreder.

Annual Inspections are March 5th at Uftring Jeep in Pekin starting at 12:30 pm.

A motion was passed for the club to provide lunch at Inspections.

Next Meeting is February 6th, 2016 at Avanti’s in Pekin, Illinois at noon.
