MIJC Meeting Minutes: April 2nd, 2016 at Avanti’s in Pekin, Illinois

Treasurer's Report

Starting: $1,471.65

Ending: $1,651.30

Expenses – $200 food for Flat Nasty trip and a measly $0.35 check fee from the bank.

Income – $380 in dues and merchandise sales.

Old business

There was a trip to Flat Nasty in Jadwin, Mo March 26th weekend. We had 13 jeeps wheeling. Great weather and lots of fun had by all. Thanks to the Brown clan for all their help with planning, shopping and especially the excellent cooking.

New business

April 15 – 17 is the first annual Steinjäger Jeep Blitz in Bushnell, Il. There is a $25 registration fee if you plan to attend. There is a trip to the Cliffs on April 23rd. Watch forum for information.

On May 14th there is a trip to the Badlands in Attica, In.

May 27th is the annual Louie-Louie parade to support St. Jude Foundation. Watch forum for information on where to meet for the parade. If you join be sure to bring lots of candy to throw to the crowd.

A motion was passed to donate $200 to the Louie-Louie parade. Entry fee is $100 minimum, but motion was to double the amount to support St. Jude.

Next Meeting May 7th, 2016 at Our Inn Place, Pekin, Illinois at 6pm.
