MIJC Meeting Minutes: July 9th, 2016 at Lou’s Drive-in in Peoria, Illinois

No Treasurer's Report was presented.

Old business

We participated in the Tremont Turkey Festival Parade on June 12th. It was hot and a longer parade this year, but lots of fun.

During the weekend of June 24th there was a trip to SMORR in Seymour, MO.

July 4th weekend provided two events: the July 4th parade in West Peoria and a trip to Duke’s Off-Road Ranch over the 4th of July weekend. The turnout at Duke’s was a bit small, but the group ran the trails dodging the rain.

New business

The BIG TRIP is July 31st through August 6th in Telluride, Co. At this point, if you haven’t signed up the opportunity has passed. Sorry.

The annual Hog Eat is August 13th. As usual, watch forum for information.

There is a trip to the Cliffs on August 20th. Watch forum for information.

Over Labor Day weekend (September 3rd through 5th) there is a trip to LBL in Tennessee. It has been nine years since the Club has had a trip to LBL.

Next Meeting August 6th, 2016 at Dream Hut in Bartonville, Illinois at 6pm.
