MIJC Meeting Minutes: November 5th, 2015 at Avanti’s in Pekin, Illinois

Treasurer's Report

Starting: $1693.45

Ending: $1700.95

Income – Dues.

Old business

There was a trip to Potowatomi in Fulton, Mo the weekend of Saturday, October 8th. Good turnout; we had 10 vehicles there.

Duke’s Halloween run was canceled.

New business

There is a trip to the Badlands November 12th. Watch forum for information.

A proposed 2017 schedule was presented by Al Wallace. Club will approve the 2017 schedule at the December meeting.

A motion was passed for the club to buy lunch at December meeting.

The following nominations were made at the meeting:

Vice-President: Larry Wilson

Safety Director: Mike Peters

Treasurer: Jill Martin (Please note that Jill was elected as Treasure last year in a special election as Jon Martin resigned a year into the term for Treasurer to become President; this past year will serve as Jill’s first term.)

Nominations are closed.

Club members may start paying 2017 dues at the December meeting. Each existing member has until January 31st to pay 2017 dues, and after that date a late fee of $10 will be applied to the dues per Bylaw Article 3, Section E, subsection 4.
