MIJC Meeting Minutes: March 4th, 2017 at Uftring Jeep in North Pekin, Illinois

Treasurer's Report

Starting: $1,862.43

Ending: $1,571.69

Income – Dues.

Expenses – Annual Dinner door prizes & food, lunch at Inspections.

New business

There is a trip to the Badlands in Attica, In on March 18th. There is a post on the forum for this trip. Post up if you plan to go.

There is also a trip to Flat Nasty in Jadwin, Mo April 14th – 16th. Watch the forum for more travel information.

There was a motion passed for the club to provide money (same amount as last year which was $200) for food on the Flat Nasty trip.

Looking to later this year, the Big Trip of 2017 to Moab is June 10th to 18th. At this point if you don’t have travel plans to go, it’s a bit too late. Those planning to go are all set; houses and camp sites have been reserved.

Next Meeting April 1st, 2017 at Avanti’s in Pekin, Illinois at 12pm.
