MIJC Meeting Minutes: April 1st, 2017 at Avanti’s in Pekin, Illinois

Treasurer's Report

Starting: $1,571.69

Ending: $2,442.82

Expenses – None.

Income – Dues and 4WD.com rebate.

Old business

On March 4th we had our annual Inspections at Uftring Jeep in Pekin.

There was a trip the Badlands in Attica, IN on March 18th.

New business

There is a trip to Flat Nasty in Jadwin, MO April 13th – 16th. There is a post on forum for information. Post if you are planning to go to allow for proper meal planning and to ensure there are enough bedding accommodations for all.

On Saturday, April 22nd there is a trip planned to the Cliffs in Marseilles, IL. Watch the forum and the weather for more information.

May 18th – 21st is the second annual Steinjäger Jeep Blitz in Bushnell, Il. There is a $25 registration fee if you plan to attend. For more information or to register see the post about this on our forum or the webpage for the event (www.jeepblitz.com).

May 26th is the annual Louie-Louie parade to support St. Jude Foundation. Watch forum for information on where to meet for the parade. If you join be sure to bring lots of candy to throw to the crowd.

A motion was passed to donate $200 to the Louie-Louie parade.

Next Meeting May 6th, 2017 at Our Inn Place, Pekin, Illinois at 6pm.
