MIJC Meeting 07/14/18

The meeting was called to order at 6:21pm
Old business: was covered which included:
The Big Trip
Tremont Turkey Festival parade
Dukes off road ranch
All participants had fun. Trail damage from the big trip was discussed.

Treasurers Report:
Balance of $625.67
Income from dues and merchandise
Money was disbursed for lawyer fees associated for the tax ID, food for Flat Nasty and Louie, Louie parade entry fee.
Motion to accept the treasurer report was made by Fraser and Seconded by Jeff Fitch. Motion passed.

New Business:
07/21 Hillbillie Ranch – Jerseryville, IL
08/04 Club meeting at the Dream Hut, Bartonville. 6 pm

Prospective/New members:
Rich Johnson - Owns a 2018 JL

Meeting adjourned at 6.35pm.
Due to severe weather Secretary Rose Bortolussi was not in attendance (she is a weather spotter for Tazewell County) so President Larry Wilson was kind enough to compile the minutes for her.
