MIJC Meeting Minutes January 19, 2019

Old Business:
Treasurers Report: Ending Balance $410.68 Payouts include all expenses for the banquet
New Business
There was a brief discussion about schedule conflicts. May 27th Dukes Clean Up is the same weekend as Jeep Blitz. There was concern that Duke’s behind the scenes efforts don’t justify the turn out. That date may change and will be updated accordingly on the forum. The July Hillybilly Ranch trip may also have to be revised. It has been discovered that they are an “event” only park. Suggestions are always welcome at upcoming meetings. A motion was made and carried then to accept the schedule.
The discussion of how to handle the mailing address for the club was tabled until the February meeting.
Jon Martin awarded the Golden Shaft to Larry Wilson.
A big round of applause was given to both the Browns and Martins for their tireless efforts to host a wonderful annual banquet.
The next meeting will be 12 noon on February 2nd at the Pekin Avanti’s
