MIJC Meeting Minutes February 2, 2019

Old Business:
Treasurers Report: Ending Balance $849.68 Income from merchandise and membership dues.
Another shout out of appreciation to the Brown’s and the Martin’s for their tireless work on the banquet.
Discussion was held about the pros/cons of the club renting a postal box to serve as a permanent address. Motion was made and carried to NOT rent a box, instead the treasurer’s address will be given to the lawyer and updated accordingly as the elections dictate.
Jon confirmed with Duke that the May date on the schedule is fine for him.
New Business
Annual inspection location has been changed to Sam Leman CDJR in Morton, 200 East Courtland St next to Farm & Fleet. Date and time remains the same; 12:30pm on March 2nd. Larry Wilson has graciously offered to provide the lunch. A motion was made and carried for the club to purchase beverages.
There are 2 trips in March, the Badlands on the 16th and Colchester Quarry on the 30th. Watch the forum for details. Please note, the Quarry is a private owner, address information will not be posted on the forum.
