Mid-Illini Jeepers

Just quick note of thanks for all that supported my food drive effort. I believe this is an annual event so hopefully I can give more heads up next year. Speaking of a bigger heads up....Jessica Rockey pointed out that she had heard the Turkey Festival Parade time was being moved up. I confirmed this; the new start time is 2pm. I'm guessing line up will be 1pm or so. Stay tuned to the forum and I'm hopeful we'll have details by the June meeting.

Maybe next time we could fill a Jeep up.

In case you aren't on Facebook, Heart of Illinois Jeeps; the organizer of this event, reported collecting 424 pounds of food and that is the equivalent of 353 meals. Western IL Jeep Club also had a representative there. HOI Jeeps hope to have other fundraising opportunities including some wheeling events.
