MIJC Meeting Minutes August 3, 2019

No new members present

Treasurers Report: Fraser is on officially on the big trip and he sent the report of: No change $979.18 Motion was made and passed to accept the report.

Old Business: Hillbillie Ranch Off-Road Park – July 27th . No members present could report on the trip.

New Business:
The Big Trip – August 5th-11th Estes Park, CO. Discuss was had about the club contributing money towards food for the trip. A motion was made and passed to contribute $100 towards food.
Hog Eat – August 24th The Stearnes House – A thread has been started on forum for this event.
Land Between the Lakes, Golden Pond, KY – Aug 31st – Sept 2nd A thread has been started on the forum for this event
Jeep Show – Sept. 7th, Abingdon, IL (American Legion Hall) Deputy Troy Chisum Memorial. The members present discussed holding the September club meeting at the event. Several people felt strongly that we needed to support our local law enforcement. Motion was made and passed that we change location of our September club meeting to the “the jeep show” at 6 pm.
