Proposed 2020 calendar of events

Hello All,

In case you were not present at yesterday’s meeting, here is the proposed calendar of events for next year. I have made the changes that were recommended at the meeting. Please look it over and let us know what you think.

I would like to propose a change in the date for the Annual Dinner to the 18th of January as the Browns are not available to cater on the 11th.

After seeing Duke’s trip pictures I’m ready for another Moab trip next year. Sometime not in July or August

And we should have the Annual Dinner whenever it works for the Browns. I don’t think we’ll find a better caterer.

I wasn't about to say "change the banquet so I can come" but I would also support a change to 1/18, as I can't make it on the 11th.

It would be important to make sure that the American Legion could still accommodate us on the 18th before we make such a change. I don't know if January 11th was already checked out with them.
