MIJC Meeting Minutes February 1, 2020
Old Business:
Treasurers Report: There was a lot of activity including payment of dues, expenses for. Balance is $1229.10.
Motion made and passed to accept report.
The Big Trip to South Dakota has been scheduled for June 13-20th. The 8 bedroom house has been rented and there is believed to be ONE open room. Post up on the forum or contact Mike and Jane Peters.
Inspections will be held at Sam Leman in Morton on March 7th
New Business: .
A motion was made and passed for the club to provide lunch at the inspections, please post on the forum if you plan to attend so we have the right amount of food.
March 21st is the first club off-roading event on the schedule. Post up on the forum if you plan on going and we’ll see if we can get a caravan together.
