March 2020 Meeting Minutes

MIJC Meeting Minutes March 7, 2020
Old Business:
Treasurers Report: There continued to be some income from dues. Balance is $1314.14. Jill received e-mail from 4-WD about the annual rebate. This year the club will get $243.00 once the paperwork is processed.
Motion made and passed to accept report.
The Big Trip to South Dakota has been scheduled for June 13-20th. The 8 bedroom house has been rented and there is still ONE open room. Post up on the forum or contact Mike and Jane Peters.
New Business: .
March 21st is the first club off-roading event on the schedule. Post up on the forum if you plan on going and we’ll see if we can get a caravan together.
Next Meeting is April 4th at the Pekin Avanti’s at Noon.
Rose Bortolussi is collecting nonperishable food and personal hygiene items as part of a Heart of Illinois Jeeps charity event on May 9th.
