If I can get my transmission swapped out, Carrie and I would like to go (probably Saturday-Sunday only).

At this point, it's unlikely that we'll be going.

What a coincidence. I was just thinking today I would rather go there. Much closer. I'm sure Duke will agree. I'll be there.

As stated prior, Bill and I seemed to be be the only ones going to Redbird. That being the case, and it being a three day weekend, it was just a lot easier go wheeling at Duke's Off Road Ranch where we can chill in the house.

So post up if your planning on attending so we can get the food situation figured out.

Will this be Friday night through Monday thing?

I'll pull mine back out of the weeds and add some oil and head that way.

I will be arriving mid afternoon Friday. At this point, I may be up for a little overtime Sunday. If thats the case, I would leave Saturday night. If not then Monday AM.

Vicki is coming down Saturday morning, and will be leaving Sat. night with me, or Sunday morning.

Bill

On edit, the Easter Egg Jeep ( the light blue one) will be with me, sporting a new look. Thanks to 8, $1.22 each spray cans.

I should end up over there on Saturday morning, or earlier and staying the day, or maybe longer.

If I get there..stay out of my way on the trails...I have to pump my brakes to slow down and stop. I have a new master cycinder and new booster, new rear calipers, had to take the front calipers off (then re-install). Still working at getting the air out. Took the calipers loose had the bleeder as the highest point and tried bleeding them, just got fluid. ~getting flustered~..any idears?

thanks

I assume you bench bled the master. There's a pin in the proportioning. Valve that needs to be. The correct spot. Either pull it out or push it in.
Google it.

Here' the Menu:

Friday Night: BBQ Chops on the grill with taters and corn on the cob

Sat:
Morn: Duke's politically incorrect breakfast
Noon: Sandwiches
Dinner: Hamburgers on the grill and whatever else we drag home for dinner

Sunday:
Morn: Duke's, don't invite the Food Police, breakfast
Brunch: Hot dogs, sandwiches and left overs

Monday:
Morn: Cinnamon Rolls and what ever the Food Police didn't confiscate from Sunday
Lunch: Whatever your taking home with Ya

Other than breakfast, I just have the basics. So if you would like to bring your mothers famous ground hog pie for dessert or anything else to fill out the menu please feel free. (I'll pass on the ground hog pie, thanks for asking though)

Did the usual stuff..bench bled, old fashioned way..one person way..pushed the pin back in... I'll work on it tonight, if I can not get it, I'll pull it back to the weeds or chance a case of butt-puckering all week-end.

Used a reman, stock for the '85CJ...the old one was leaking, step on the brake, the engine would die...
