What's the first day of wheeling? I'll be there Monday morning the 18th. Only 2 hour drive for me.

Sunday May 17 would be our first day of wheeling.

I called My Old Kentucky Home today.
They have agreed to settle up paying for the cabin when we get there. (as long as everyone has cash)
As of now it will be $20 a night per person.

Suzanne and I will be up with two other rigs on Saturday the 16th. We plan on camping in Evarts through the week. If all goes well we may stay the whole time. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Hwy 119, at bottom of hill @ traffic light,
Turn right onto Hwy 119 East.
Counting light where you T.R.,
Go to fifth light and turn left onto Hwy 38
Go 8.4 miles to Evarts.
When you pass Family Dollar and the
Post Office, turn right onto Hwy 215.
Go 2.3 miles to Brittain’s Creek Rd
Go to fourth bridge, see house and driveway

What time Monday morning are you planning on hitting the trails? Thinking I'll get there around 10am.

No set time, whenever we get up, dressed, fed, and moving.

Bill and I are leaving Fri. morning and staying in Louisville fri nite, Kat has nephews there she wants to see, then driving to Harlan from there sat. morning. I think Tom and Sally are also leaving Fri. to spend some time with Donny in Louisville and go the rest of the way sat. also.

I'm planning on leaving Friday when ever I get up and around. I might hole up Friday night at Donnie's if I can get a hold of him befor then.

Larry & I plan to leave Saturday morning to arrive in Evarts late afternoon or early evening.

Clarification on the lodging cost. Is it $20/night for each night you stay, or $20/night for the duration of the rental regardless if you stayed there or not? Asking because it appears everyone is showing up at different times. So if your not staying the night at the rental on Saturday night, do you still pay $20 for it? Also, is it cash only? Thanks

You may have to leave a message. Last time we were there , there was no cell phone service for Verizon. In town anyway, as soon as you got up on the mountain there was.
That may have changed.

Pre MIJC big trip damage report. TSE trailer axle brake problems, a failed brake shoe caused a little excess heat, causing the wheel to exit the trailer.

2 trips to the trail so far, no breakage except for Soup's front driveshaft carrier bearing support. O2 sensor broke, tranny shifter problems, and a cracked rear of the tranny case due to the support failure . It also took out the PS cooling line. Trail fixes allowed Soup to drive off the trail.

Another great day in Harlen county KY. We only had 1 issue, John G's. Factory plastic part on the linkage broke. John did a temp. Fix with some zip ties , and it's now fixed permanent .

Wed. We spent all day on trails, Bill bent his pitman arm on a class 5 downhill. No other damage but there was some winching going on. Easy day today, mainly sightseeing trails, no damage.
