West Peoria 4th of July Parade

The city has taken over from the Lions Club, but all info is still the same as in the past. We have spot #34. Line up starts at 8:30 until 9:45 for a prompt start at 10. All participants must enter for parade lineup via Swords Ave off of Farmington Rd. Rohman Ave will be closed at 8 from Sterling to Swords. This is 3x bigger route and much larger attendees, so plan accordingly for candy throwers. More info on westpeoria4th on facebook.

Than Tremont Turkey Festival. Sorry. This last week has seemed like the longest year in my life. My psychic abilities have been on the fritz. Why you couldn't read my mind instead of typing.

No worries, apparently my psychic abilities are weak too. I remember that West Peoria parade already being long, so if they had expanded it 3x, that would have taken all day! I'll probably go if we leave Duke's on Sunday, but that's still to be determined.

We are going for sure! I have to work this weekend so I can't go to Dukes.Who else wants to go?! I will be there around 8:45. #34 it is! We are going to Eureka lake later for fireworks. Have a happy 4th!!!!!
