Jessie and I would like to go on the trip to Kentucky this year and take our teardrop camper. The post from last year says several people stayed in Aurora's Kentucky Lake Cottages. If people are planning on staying there again this year I would like to go ahead and make reservations at Aurora Oaks Campground since it is just down the road. Please post up so we can start making our plans.
Thanks Bill

Sorry not going to be able to make it.
I had some medical issues and I think it would be wise to wait.

Tom, sorry to hear you won't make it this time. We look forward to wheeling with you the next time.

Maybe too early to tell for sure, but looks like LBL could get a lot of rain from Thursday on, remnants of Harvey.

I am keeping an eye on the rainfall and plan to call the phone number they have on their website before we leave tomorrow. It looks like the majority of the rain will come this evening and overnight. I can post what they tell me when I check. Is anyone else planning to go? If so where and when would we meet up if they do not get too much rain?

I just talked to someone in the visitor center and he said they have had about 3" rain and it is letting up this morning. He does not anticipate they will close Turkey Bay this weekend since the rain came steady.
