Hey I need to start scheduling my vacation at work.
What is the dates for the big trip?

Saturday June 9 through the following weekend. Not sure if we would come home Saturday June 16 or Sunday. Who knows what those lucky retired folks will do.

I am in.
I guess at this point we need to get a head count of who is going to stay in the houses.

Kat and I are going, but we have 2 campsites reserved. 1 for us and the other for Bill and Vic.

I'm planning on going. One in a house/cabin.

Mike and Jane Peters are planning on going.

We are planning on staying in the houses.

Kim and I are in for the house / cabin option.

I'm in for the house 1st choice ... or cabin or I'll be camping with Iron worker and fire fighting team.

With the hope of getting things together in time, we'll more than likely be retreating to the grandparents in Knoxville as we'd have both girls in town with us.

I just called Windrock. The only cabins they have available for the weekend of June 9 through June 16 is #497 Off the beaten path and # 575 Creekside Retreat.
We need to get going on this or these may be gone too.
Do we rent both or just one?
The biggest problem I see if we rent just one would be sharing a room with a couple, also if others decide they would like to go we would not have room.

I found the face of the earth and fell off! LOL.. Anyways, hope everyone is doing well. Been following this post for some time now. Glad to see you're heading to my neck of the woods. I plan to join the group for a few days of wheeling. Looking forward to seeing everyone and meeting new faces.

When is everyone planning on leaving?
I would like to caravan there if possible.

I plan on leaving sometime on Saturday June 9. It looks to be around a 9 hour drive.
