Washita July 13th

Post by LarryWilson »

Hello All

In past meetings there has been discussion about going to Washita in July because they have an open wheeling day. Below is the link for those who wish to sign up early. This event is on Saturday July 13th. It’s about 3.5 hours from the Peoria area. I know some people prefer to get a hotel. So don’t forget to make reservations.
Post up here if you are going so others can meet up with you.

Going sometime Friday.
Any info on entrance/staging area?

Yes on tow vehicles/trailers. You go past the old entrance and around the corner and enter into the lower pasture to sign in and park. Larry, I sent your wife an invite to the facebook page for the open wheeling days at washita.

I'll be there. Staying at the Holiday inn Friday night. Perhaps catch up with the gang staying the night for Dinner?

Wheeling was good. Minor breakage from Larry and John. Larry popped a ujoint/front axle shaft and John's rear diff was popping a bit when unlocked and going around a corner.

I had a blast! Hopefully me leading didn't do to much carnage to those that followed ... But in my defense, Matt said to go  that way.
