Treasurer's Report

Expenses for Duke's Run in July and the Hog Eat in August.

Old Business

Sept. 29 Washita MO. - At least 3 members went for a weekend of wheeling in Washita.

New Business

Oct. 27th - Annual Halloween Run at Duke's Offroad Ranch. $100.00 approved for food expenses for this run. Watch forum for detail as this date comes closer.

Nov. 10th - Badlands Attica IN. watch forum for details.

We will be taking nominations for new officers at the November meeting. Positions that are up for new officers are Vice President, Treasurer, and Safety Director. Everyone that is in these positions has done it for 4 years. Elections will be at the December meeting.

MIJC video will not be as complex as in the past. Request was made for $50.00 to cover the cost of DVD duplication for the club. Motion made and pass.

Work is in progress for the 2013 Schedule. Schedules tend to be similar form year to year. If you have somewhere or something you would like to see on the schedule, contact Frank Struwe.

You can start paying your membership renewal fees for 2013 starting in December. Membership fees are $30.00 for a year. Must be paid by January 31, 2013. After that date there is a $10.00 late fee.
