I know I missed the meeting but nobody recalls this decision being made or voted on. Did I miss something?

Never mind then. Not the response i was looking for. I seen on FB that they catered after the meeting.Didn't know we couldn't post ideas out on the forum. Cant club members put ideas on this forum before or after a meeting. Please explain this to members. So who is "nobody". "Nobody" else has posted their thoughts here. Speak up people, tell me if i'm wrong for doing this.

Just my opinion, the Browns have catered the food for the last 2 years and done an outstanding job. We have only paid them for the price of the food but nothing for there labor, is Brian willing to do the same or has anybody asked him?

Oh come on Todd.
You have been in the club long enough to know this is not true. You were even a board member.
All ideas are welcomed.
As far as I know nothing has been discussed as far as the meal.
Could you get a price for us so it could be brought up at the next meeting?

Thank you Brian, that's good to know. And as Tom said this is something that can be discussed at the next meeting.

Todd, this is the line that caused the confusion. To those of us who can read and write English, you're pretty clearly making it sound like a decision got made, which it definitely didn't. We didn't even talk about it at the November meeting. If it was really burning a hole in your shorts, when I say "Does anyone have any other new business" at the meeting, that's your chance to speak up.

I will put this topic on the agenda for the December meeting.

Whatever. Just forget the idea. Apparently you think i'm illiterate. Not everyone can type exactly perfect what they want to say. I'm one Mr.President. I am not out to start trouble or cause problems with anyone. Once again to ALL club members,i do apologize again for the misunderstanding of my post and i will do my best to think it out more clearly before typing.
