MIJC Meeting Minutes: April 12th, 2014 @ EP's Timeout in East Peoria, Illinois

Treasurer's Report

Start: $2985.27

Income – Club Member Dues & merchandise sales

Expenses – Lunch @ inspections & merchandise

Old Business

Badlands trip on March 22nd; somewhere around 15 to 16 jeeps total were there. Good time had by all.

Duke’s Cleanup Weekend on April 5th; was a somewhat muddy experience, but with 5 – 6 jeeps there was fantastic as always.

New Business

Trip to Flat Nasty in Jadwin, Missouri April 18- 20 (Easter weekend). Post on forum for information and post if you are interested in going. Currently, 3 trailers are reserved for accommodations.

A motion was passed to provide $200 from the Club for food for the Flat Nasty weekend trip.

The Louie-Louie parade is Friday, May 23rd.

A motion was passed to donate $200 to St. Jude as entry free for the Louie-Louie parade.

Trip to SMORR in Seymour, MO weekend of May 24th. Monday is Memorial day. Watch the forum for plans for this trip next month.

Chad Howell sent in the application for the 4th of July parade in West Peoria.

Potential for car show on June 14th; information to follow from Jeff Fitch and / or Chad Howell
