Old Business
Trip to The Cliffs on September 20th: there were 5 – 6 jeeps. A bit muddy, but group had a great time.
New Business
Trip to Potawatomi in Fulton, MO weekend of October 11th. Jon, Matt Brown and Frank are planning to go. Post on the forum if you are interested in going.
Duke’s Offroad Ranch Halloween Run is October 24th – 26th. A motion was passed for the club to provide $250 for food. Tom and Al are going to smoke ribs on Saturday. As usual, watch the forum for weekend details.
Trip to Badlands in Attica, IN on November 11th. Last trip of the year. Watch the forum for details.
Al is working on next year’s schedule, and there is possibility that some of our usual cruse-in spots may be closing. If you have any suggestions for great places for our summer cruse-in locations, let Al know.
For those planning to go on the Big Trip of 2015 to Harlan County, KY, please post on the forum and confirm your intent to go. Tom needs to get a (semi-)firm headcount to get reservations for the accommodations.
Sam Leman Jeep of Bloomington sent an email to the club requesting a club representative attend an ‘Introduction to 4 Wheeling’ seminar that the dealership is offering on October 30th. They would like to have a club like ours be able to speak to wheeling and what it’s like in our club. Al and Kat are currently planning to attend. Others are welcome. Gathering starts at 6pm on October 30th.
