Duke's Holloween Run is NOT Cancelled

Post by Duke Winch »

Due to work commitments I will be unable to host the Halloween run this year. I'm open to the idea of of opening up my house and property to some one else in the club if they would like to Host the run this year.

How many people would be interested in going to Duke's? If I come down it would be for Saturday only.

I have to work Friday.
I would drive there after work, wheel Saturday, and come home some time Sunday.

Depending on my involvement with the local Halloween parade on Saturday evening, I should be headed over. Being the closest, I will offer to show up early on Friday to open things up and stick around on Sunday until everyone is gone to lock things back down.

Would anyone object to changing the subject of the post since the trip may not be cancelled?

If it is okay with Duke, I have no problem with it being changed to a non cancelled trip.

I will be able to be there on Friday to open up and close everything down on Sunday.
I will need to know who will be there and when, so I will be able to buy food.
Also what every one plans on bringing with them food wise.

Again I am willing to host this if there is interest.
At this point though there does not seem to be any.
I personally do not want to do a day trip, part of the fun for me is spending the night and sitting around the campfire.
Those of you who do want to do a day trip would be probably be welcome to do it, but there has to be some one there that knows their way around the property.
