Expenses of food for Duke's Run and the annual DVD

Old Business:

Oct. 27th - Duke's Offroad Ranch Halloween Run. Great turnout! Weather was good, trails a bit muddy, food fantastic and good friends. Thanks to Steve Vohs for hosting the club! Remodel of the ranch was very impressive. Thanks to all who brought and cooked food and helped with clean up!

New Business:

2013 Events Schedule - A tentative schedule was handed out at the meeting. A few adjustments to be made and it will be posted on-line for everyone to view. Please contact Frank S. or any of the board members if you have any suggestions for the schedule. Schedule will be up for approval at the next meeting.

Officer Nominations - Vice President - Kat Wallace and Rose Bortolussi, Treasurer - Jon Martin, and Safety Director - Matt Brown.
There will be one vote per membership and the vote for Vice President will done on a secret ballot.

Motion was made and passed for the club to provide lunch for the next meeting.

Nov. 10th - Badlands Attica IN - There is a thread on the forum for this run. Post up if you are interested in going.

Aug. 23rd - Sept. 2nd 2013 - Big Trip Arkansas and Missouri. Planning on hitting Superlift in Hot Springs AR, then Wheelin World in Eureka Springs AR, and finally SMORE in MO 20 miles east of Springfield. Will post more on this later. Contact Tom, Sally, Bill, or Al if interested in going.
