Treasurer's Report

Income – Club Member Dues & merchandise sales

Expenses – Food for Flat Nasty trip, Louie-Louie parade

Old Business

Trip to Flat Nasty in Jadwin, Missouri April 18- 20. Good trip. No major damage or breakage.

New Business

The Louie-Louie parade is Friday, May 23rd. See Website and forum for more information.

Trip to SMORR in Seymour, MO weekend of May 24th. Monday is Memorial day. Watch the forum for plans for this trip next month.

Moab trip is May 31st through June 8th.

A motion was passed for the club to provide $200 for food for the Moab trip.

Tremont Turkey Festival Parade is Sunday June 8th. Plan to assemble at 3:30pm for a 4pm start time.

Potential for car show on June 14th with Northwoods Community Church. Current plans are for car show to be all day long in Dunlap, Illinois. More information to follow. Chad Howell will find more information. Watch forum for more information.

Trip to Redbird State Riding Area is June 21st. See forum for more information closer to trip.

Rose discussed a contest hosted by WHIO as part of ‘Go Topless Day’ for jeeps; contest involves submitting pictures of your jeep. See forum for more information.

Kat Wallace shared that she is working to get MIJC logos embroidered on hats. She has made two prototype hats. More to follow in the future.

Next Meeting June 14th, 2014 at Sonic Drive-In in East Peoria, Illinois at 6pm.
