MIJC Meeting Minutes: July 11th, 2015 at Lou’s Drive-in in Peoria, Illinois

Treasurer's Report

Starting: $1987.10

Income – Dues from new members

Old business

We participated in the Tremont Turkey Festival Parade on June 14th. There was a good turnout from MIJC.

We also participated in the July 4th parade in West Peoria.

There was a trip to Duke’s Off-Road Ranch over the 4th of July weekend. There were 25 people at Duke’s on Saturday. With all the rain this summer, it was muddy as expected at Duke’s. Lots of fun.

New business

A motion was passed to spend $200 to reimburse Steve Vohs for food expenses from the 4th of July weekend.

There is a trip to the Cliffs on July 18th. Watch forum for information.

The annual Hog Eat is August 15th. As usual, watch forum for information.

Over Labor Day weekend (September 5 & 6th) there is a trip to Wheelin World in Hot Springs, Ar.

Next Meeting August 1st, 2015 at Dream Hut in Bartonville, Illinois.
