Mid-Illini Jeepers

Does anybody have any idea why my gauges keep blowing fuses? I'm trying to isolate the circuits in the system. Having trouble with that. I've got the tack unplugged and the gauge cluster unplugged. The hot wire is still going to ground. Does anyone know what other systems are on that circuit? I'm not the best with wiring, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I really want to take it to the badlands on the 19th!
