MIJC Meeting Minutes: June 2, 2018; Sonic, Pekin, IL
Treasurer’s Report:
None was available
Old Business:
The inclement weather negatively affected both the attendance of the Louie Louie Parade and possibly the number of Jeeps also, only 3 participated. Several members headed to Bushnell for Steinjager’s Jeep Blitz, while some headed down to Dukes. It sounds like no matter the location, fun was had by all.
New Business:
Welcomed new member Colten Andrews. Big Trip is just around the corner, June 9th -16th. We can’t wait to hear about those adventures. For those not going on the big trip and want to help represent the club, the Tremont Turkey Festival Parade is 4pm on June 10th. Rose has the club banners. Our line-up position will be posted in the forum and on Facebook as soon as it is released. The usual 4th of July run at Duke’s is the next wheeling opportunity. Hit a member up in a private message if you need directions.
Next cruise-in/meeting is scheduled for 6pm on July 14th at Lou’s Drive-In, Knoxville Ave, Peoria
