Invalid session keeps coming up and won't let me post?

Is this when replying to a message? Clearly you can post here at least.

Go into the settings/options/preferences for your internet browser and clear out the cookies, or just delete the cookies for mijc.org. You'll need to log in to the forum again when you go to it but that should start a fresh session.
